Server Rules
These are the Guardian Dragons Server Rules
To ensure everyone has a great time, please follow our rules. They're designed to keep things fair, respectful, and fun for all. Failure to do so may result in consequences such as warnings, kicks, temporary bans, or even permanent bans.

Server Rules
Strike Point System
♧ Each rule break has a minimum amount of Strike Points it carries, listed beside the rule in brackets.
Admins will send a Warning to any individual with more than 5 Strike Points.
Admins may increase the amount of Strike Points given for any rule break, should they see fit. They can give an additional 5 Points maximum.
We will inform members via DM in Discord or group chat In-Game whenever possible once they are at risk of a Ban with a Final Warning.
♧ A member is eligible for a Ban after 10 Strike Points have been given.
Admins may give you a Warning - warnings carry 0 Strike Points and do not contribute towards your counted Strike Points.
If you have been given Strike Points, an Admin will make every attempt to inform you of the Strike Points.
Server Rules
Report Information
♧ If you feel uncomfortable or unsafe in any situation do not hesitate to contact the owner or an admin immediately.
♧ Feel free to contact an @Alpha or @Betas through DM for any and all reports of rule breaks.
You must provide proof of rule breaks (video recordings, screenshots, etc.) is always required when making a report.
If you do not have proof in one of the listed formats, try to provide at least 2 witnesses to verify the report.
Admins cannot take action without evidence or proof of the report being made.
Server Rules
Respect Admins
♧ Listen to our Admins.
Be respectful to Admins.
Admins will have the final say in any and all situations.
♧ Admins can and do have the right to tell you to stop doing what you're doing, or to remove yourself from the situation.
All admins also hold the right to delete your messages, mute, kick or ban you from the server if needed
Do not argue with them. If you have a disagreement please contact an @Alpha directly.
♧ Admins may exempt themselves from rules if they deem it necessary, as is their prerogative.
If you suspect any power abuse or misconduct, report it to an @Alpha immediately.
Discord Rules
General Rules
♧ Please remain respectful to Admins at all times ( 3 )
♧ Mini-Modding is not tolerated. ( 3 )
If an Admin has asked you to stop, or is actively handling a situation do not involve yourself, or continue intervening.
♧ Impersonation of any Managers, Moderators, Server Members or other affiliated individuals and groups is forbidden ( 10 )
This includes Steam or Discord names, Clan names or otherwise.
♧ Do not DM or Ping anyone for nesting- or upstatting requests without express permission. ( 2 )

This includes Elder nests, Elder eggs, Elder Males/Females for nesting, upstat requests, etc.
♧ Keep the server in English, this applies to every text and voice-channel aside from those specifically labeled "Non-English." ( 2 )
This applies in-game as well, with the exception of group and clan chat.
♧ Treat everyone with respect. ( 4 )
Absolutely no harassment, sexism, racism, or hate speech will be tolerated. Avoid sensitive and negative, and political topics.
♧ Keep swearing off this server. ( 2 )

Excessive or continual swearing will result in a higher count of Strike Points.
♧ Keep non-family-friendly content off this server. ( 5 )
We may request that you change your status/bio if we receive complaints.
♧ Pornographic topics are to be kept out of the server at all times. ( 10 )
♧ No spam or self-promotion. ( 1 )
Server invites, advertisements, etc. without permission from a staff member. This includes DMing invites to fellow members.
♧ No spamming Caps Lock. ( 2 )
In-game or in the Discord.
♧ Assisting banned members in rejoining GD will result in an immediate strike. ( 5 )
Being aware of someone rejoining against their ban and failing to report it will also result in a strike.
Multiple instances of this occurring could also result in an immediate ban.
♧ All of these rules also apply as in-game rules.

Enter VC at your own risk as it may contain NSFW topics or humor!
♧ In voice chat - swearing is tolerated but you must remain respectful to each other at all times.
Pornographic topics are to be kept out of the VC no matter what.
In-Game
In-Game Assets
♧ As the Day of Dragons Developers do not support Mods, Hacks or any exploits, we do not want them in this server.

Mods, hacks, or exploits are not allowed in this server.

If used it is at your own risk and may result in strikes or bans.
In-Game
TP, Growths and
Slays
♧ We only offer grows to our Discord members.
Please see the 🔷【𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵-𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁】in Discord for Grows and how to Request them.
We ask everyone to edit their Discord nickname in Guardian Dragons so that it matches your in-game name.
Please include any alts in your name when possible.
♧ While we are happy to help you out, please keep all requests to a reasonable amount unless it is agreed upon beforehand with Admins. ( 1 )
You may have one Stat Request active.
You may have one Skin Request per species active.
♧ Do not eat food that has been hunted for Hatchlings, Juveniles, and nesting Mothers. ( 2 )
Eating multiple times from Bug piles as an adult and ignoring warnings may result in your dragon being slain.
Adults are required to hunt for themselves - you are welcome to ask for help.
In-Game
Nesting
♧ Please stay true to your nesting arrangements with other players.
Continually requesting nests and leaving is against the rules and disrespectful to those dedicating their time.
♧ Please remember that nesting is entirely optional, and at the discretion of each individual.
You are never obligated to nest for others, and others are never obligated to nest for you.
♧ Do not pester anyone to nest you, or nest with you in-game or in DMs.

♧ Do not deliberately nest with Parents, Offspring or Siblings. This will result in inbred or "F" Stats. ( 1 )
Contact an Admin if you are nested with F-Stats, or if possible, renest immediately.
We strongly recommend you document your parents.
♧ Nest Hopping is against the rules and also disrespectful to those nesting you. ( 1 )
Nest hopping is when a member rapidly takes multiple eggs from multiple players to get better skins, stats, or for any reason not including organized Elder Nesting.
In-Game
PvP
PvP is at your own risk
♧ Enabling PvP is consenting to others being able to attack you.
There is no formal consent required to attack a player who has voluntarily engaged in PvP.
♧ Respect any pre-arranged fights that may take place ( 5 )
If a pre-arranged fight is agreed upon, a 3rd party may not engage.
